Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase

Tickets for the MAP Embed Bomb & Feeder Cup are sold subject to the official competition rules and regulations, which are available on this website.

Tickets are sold exclusively via the official Messingham Sands website. Tickets are not available from any third-party retailers.

The ticket cost is £40 per qualifier. This entry fee contributes towards the overall final prize fund and event administration.

2. Match Pools & Peg Fees

All competitors are required to pay £25 on the day of the qualifier.

This payment covers the peg fee and the daily match payout for that qualifier.

Pools are collected at the venue prior to the draw. Failure to pay pools on the day will result in disqualification from that qualifier.

There is no optional superpool for this competition.

3. Age Requirements

Entrants must be 16 years of age or older on or before the date of the qualifier they are entering.

We reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age if required.

4. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email receipt followed by a second email containing your PDF ticket.

You must bring your ticket to the event. This may be either a printed copy or a digital copy displayed on your mobile device.

If you have not received your ticket, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us at payments@feedercup.messinghamsands.co.uk.

5. Account Registration

You may purchase tickets either as a guest or by creating an account.

Creating an account allows you to view previous orders, download purchased tickets and avoid re-entering your details for future purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during purchase is accurate.

If you make an error when purchasing a ticket, you must notify us immediately by emailing payments@feedercup.messinghamsands.co.uk.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Messingham Sands will never request your password via email.

6. Payments & Card Security

Payments are processed securely via PayPal, including card payments made using Visa or Mastercard.

Messingham Sands does not store any credit or debit card details on its website.

Any stored payment information is managed securely within PayPal’s systems and is not accessible by Messingham Sands.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, fishery issues or unforeseen operational matters, competitors will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase.

Updates may also be communicated via official social media channels.

Available options will be outlined to competitors at the time of cancellation or postponement.

8. Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, tickets may be transferred to another competitor for the same event.

To transfer a ticket, you must email the name of the new competitor along with the email address used for the original purchase to payments@feedercup.messinghamsands.co.uk.

Tickets may only be transferred to another angler for the same qualifier. Tickets cannot be exchanged or swapped for a different qualifier date.

9. Liability

Messingham Sands Fishery, its organisers, partners and sponsors accept no liability for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, damage to equipment or any indirect or consequential loss.

All competitors attend at their own risk.

Competitors must adhere to all fishery rules and safety guidance at all times and behave responsibly towards fellow anglers.

Any competitor whose actions result in injury, serious misconduct or breach of venue rules may be disqualified and, where necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities.
